We require several dynamic, energetic and experienced Reseller Account Managers to join our North Sydney based Asia Pacific office. Very competitive salary offered with uncapped commission - dependant on experience.

StorageCraft's success has traditionally been with the small to medium business and resellers. Now that our technology has truly matured, and is now in its fourth generation, we are building a team of Reseller Account Manager's to engage, develop and manage a selected number of strategic partner accounts.

Job Description
The Reseller Account Manager will manage all aspects of building StorageCraft's partner channels within the designated region. The Reseller Account Manager's primary focus will be on building consistent revenue through partner channels. To be successful the Reseller Account Manager must understand how to recruit, enable, manage and grow the channel and associated revenue funnel by building relationships with and training key personnel within Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Systems Integrators (SIs).

Duties:
- Demonstrate consistent achievement of sales quota within your region
- Manage and report on pipeline with multiple accounts, partners and opportunities and accurately forecast revenue using our CRM system (SalesForce.com).
- Demonstrate success in prospecting, recruiting and enabling channel partners, helping them to identify and advance sales opportunities within their current pipeline as well as develop new opportunities, helping to move opportunities through the sales cycle
- Play an active role in closing end-user business by working closely with partners and managing a sales pipeline
- Effectively train on and present StorageCraft solutions via webinar and in person, at trade shows, partner and end-user facing events
- Work closely with Marketing to identify and drive partner programs and events
- Demonstrate excellent understanding of the industry including competitive issues and products
- Prepare written communications, reports, and price quotations

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- 2+ years' sales experience in the backup, disaster recovery, storage, or security software market preferred
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to apply entrepreneurial strengths in a driven, forward-thinking manner
- Proven work-ethic and time-management skills
- Extensive travel and after hours work may be required
- Proven sales and quota attainment experience

Success Metrics
- Annual quota attainment
- Month-over-month revenue growth in designated region
- Attainment of MBO's

Job Description
As a member of the Inside Sales Team you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls, warm calling our database, answering questions, identifying sales opportunities, booking meetings for the both the Reseller Account Managers and Partner Account Managers and generally assisting in the progression of opportunities through their life cycle to deliver consistent and predicable revenue throughout the Australia & New Zealand regions.
You will be taught how to how to recruit, enable, manage and grow the channel partners. This is an exciting an opportunity for an individual to develop a fulfilling sales career and to develop into an outbound sales role as a Reseller Account Manager or Partner Account Manager.

Duties:
- Demonstrate consistent achievement of sales quota
- Manage and report on pipeline with multiple accounts, partners and opportunities and accurately forecast revenue across your region or territory
