StorageCraft Online Technical Training

Welcome to StorageCraft Online Technical Training. These training sessions range from short videos that demonstrate how to configure or use a specific feature of the product to longer videos that demonstrate a multi-step process, such as how to perform an hardware independent restore.

Interactive Training

To enhance your learning experience, we recommend that you advance through the video by performing the suggested mouse clicks as would be required in a real session. The audio commentary plus on-screen hints will guide you. When you place your mouse cursor over the area to be clicked, a pop up will appear asking you to [Click Here]. You will be informed if an incorrect key input or mouse click is made.

In some screens of ShadowProtect you are required to enter a right mouse click. The tool used to generate these training sessions does not support a right mouse click, however you will be informed when this type of input is required and requested to enter a left mouse click instead for training purposes.

Alternatively, to advance to the next or previous screen you can use the video control buttons on the bottom left hand side of the window.

Each of the videos can be viewed online or downloaded for viewing at a more convenient time. When you have downloaded and unzipped the file, double click on the file called StartVideo.htm to begin the training session.
